Student Tracking Service designed for training coordinators

Training coordinators can track progress of officers enrolled in the law enforcement Spanish course using our Student Tracking Service (STS). STS allows training coordinators to determine when an officer logs in to the course, what lessons were accessed, and the test scores received. STS is simple to use. As a training coordinator you simply log on to SpanishOnPatrol.com and click on STS. All the information you need is right there. STS is free with every group account.

Weekly student activity report

Receive a report each week in your email box detailing the activity of each student enrolled in the course. You can quickly see how much time was spent learning law enforcement Spanish in the past week.

Real-time information

The following information is available in STS and is automatically recorded when an officer uses the course:

• The date and time when an officer logs in to the course
• The date and time when an officer starts a lesson (every time the lesson is used)
• Training hours. How much time an officer spends in a lesson (how much time was spent actually learning)
• Test scores
• Weekly email reporting on the officers' usage and participation
• All information is easily accessible and printable
