I love the format of this training. It is simple to navigate through the lessons. My favorite part is playing games while learning our new vocabulary. What a clever way to learn new language. I am no longer lost when I receive a call from a Spanish speaker. I can help them without calling the language line. I think every dispatcher should take this training. Thank you!
