I love the course. It is very well put together and allows the user to go through it at their own pace. I only wish my agency allowed time for us to focus exclusively on the course. We have been required to do it on the side as time allows while dispatching. In our radio room we never have time, so most of us run it in the background without the sound on or with the sound very low trying to keep up with our other duties. So sadly I have learned to read Spanish more than I have learned to speak it. I plan on paying the extra money to extend the course so that I can continue to learn on my own time. The program is really worth it though, so I am happy to do so.

I thought the layout of the course was absolutely fantastic. Each section was engaging and well laid out for beginners. In addition, the vocabulary was exactly what I was looking for to help me with being a cop. I have already recommended this program to multiple LEO’s, and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you again for the course and I hope you can continue to help many others in the profession.

It was a great way to learn words and phrases that I did not know. These will help me when on patrol.

This course has been incredibly beneficial to me. I am both a sworn law enforcement officer, and an emergency medical services provider. I have taken both the Law Enforcement and Fire/Rescue courses, and they both have already helped me engage in critical communication on various incident scenes. I am able to access the courses from my phone, and do them every day while on patrol. This course is a must have for any first responder!
